In the most unexpected story of the day, Agyness Deyn announces her marriage to Phoebe’s brother off Friends

The last we heard, Agyness Deyn was very much single and working hard on her career over in the States. In fact, we hadn’t even realised that the sneaky supermodel had gone off the radar until we were hit with this news earlier.

Not only has Agyness gone and got herself a man, but she’s married! To Frank off Friends! The random, sudden nature of this news deserves a rare series of exclamation marks!

Yes, Giovanni Ribisi (you know, Pheobe’s weird brother that got off with that older bird a lot) released a statement this morning, confirming that the pair had tied the knot.

It read: “Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend.”

Agyness has been sneaking around in the States for the last year

Um, what? Either Agy, 29, and Giovanni, 37, have the most secretive friends around or it was so quiet that the guests couldn’t make out who was tying the knot.

Given that we know nothing about this couple, we guess we’ll just have to be numbly happy for the loud Northerner and the actor, who is a dedicated scientologist… and that’s all we know.

Frank, sorry, Giovanni was snapped at an event last night wearing a wedding ring, which perhaps led to today's announcement.

We don’t know what else to say, really. They haven’t even had a picture taken together, so Picture Bitch had to make one for us. Consider it their first photo together, because it kind of is. Yeah.

Let's hope Agy and Giovanni don't join the list of celebrity splits in 2012 - as you can see from this lot, it's a loooong list already
